Chrisite and I embarked on the journey of starting a small business. we wanted something in the service industry, and we love to travel....hence vacation rentals. We have been fans of VRBO and AirBNB for some time now, and rarely stay in a hotel. It seemed a natural fit.

In considering the name of our company, we wanted to give a nod to my mother and my Lithuanian heritage. What better than "Iki Dugno!" which means "bottom up" and is used as a toast in Lithuania. Hence, Iki Dugno, LLC was born.

We have acquired our first vacation rental in Tampa, Florida. We had traveled through Tampa some years ago and fell in love with all it had to offer. It was (and still is) a "little, big city." It has all the amenities you could want, and everything is super close and easy to get to. It has a vibrant down town, sports, nature, trails, and the beach. Bueno!
